This web site has been optimized for viewing on a monitor with a screen resolution of 1024 X 768 or higher. Roll-over images are used extensively on this site. These images must be fully loaded in order for the page to operate properly. If you are using a slow internet connection (56KB or lower), it will take some time for the pages to completely load. However, once all images have downloaded to your computer's cache, the roll-over images should operate very fast.

Navigation of this site is best accomplished using the Main Menu and links within the body of each page. When using this method, new pages are displayed in the same browser window. This allows you to quickly return to the previous pages using the "BACK" button on your browser.

An alternate navigation method involves the use of the Site Map. When this navigation method is used, each page open in a seperate window.
